Prenatal Yoga is a gentle way to support your body and mind during pregnancy. Through mindful movement, breathing techniques, and short meditations, you'll build strength and flexibility while preparing for birth with calm and confidence.
This course is suitable for all pregnant women from the 13th week until the due date – no prior yoga experience needed. Enjoy some time just for you in a warm, supportive atmosphere.
