- signs of labour
- stages of labour
- pain relief during birth (including breathwork)
- types of labour
Postpartum
- what to expect in the hospital and at home
- breastfeeding & formula
- babycare at home
The course fee for women is covered by health insurance company. The partner fee 150,00 euros can be partially reimbursed. You will receive a confirmation of participation in the course.
