Birth preparation class for english speakers – weekend class for couples

Expecting a child is a big emotional and physical change. This is a very exciting time but can come with a lot of questions.

In one weekend this course will provide you with all the information  you need before giving birth.

It is recommended to attend the course between the 24th and the completed 38th week of pregnancy. This is a two day course and attendance on both days is required. 

Course units: 1x Friday 6 – 9 pm,1x Saturday 09 am –  1 pm

Duration/unit: 1x 180 mins (fridays) , 1x 240 mins (saturdays)
