Birth

• signs of labour
• stages of labour
• pain relief during birth (including breathwork)
• types of labour

Postpartum

• what to expect in the hospital and at home
• breastfeeding & formula
• babycare at home

The course fee for women is covered by health insurance company. The partner fee 150,00 euros can be partially reimbursed. You will receive a confirmation of participation in the course.
